Analytics, Tracking & Reporting Systems
Built analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems to track performance, engagement, and growth across nonprofit digital platforms.

I led the setup, implementation, and ongoing management of analytics, tracking, dashboarding, reporting, and performance presentation systems for both American Institute for Boys and Men and Heterodox Academy.
The goal was to create a reliable, centralized system for understanding how audiences engage with research, publications, campaigns, and digital content across web and marketing channels. This involved building end-to-end measurement frameworks that connected traffic sources, on-site behavior, conversions, and content performance into actionable insights for leadership and communications teams.
My Role
I was responsible for translating raw analytics data into clear reporting dashboards and regular performance summaries used for editorial planning, website maintenance, and strategic communications.
The reporting systems created a clear and reliable view of digital performance across both organizations, enabling better decision-making around content strategy, audience growth, and campaign optimization. By connecting tracking infrastructure with consistent reporting and dashboards, leadership teams were able to understand what content was driving engagement and how audiences were interacting with research and communications efforts.

Analytics only becomes valuable when it changes decisions. The focus of this work was not just collecting data, but building systems that made performance understandable and actionable for non-technical teams. Strong measurement infrastructure turns digital work into something that can be evaluated, improved, and scaled with confidence.
